I purchased One Step Hair Dryer and Styler for 70.00. Two blowdryers they sent, did not work, in fact one blew up in smoke! When I asked to credit my account as I did not want a 3rd one, the person asked to send a video, which I did. Then they asked to send another video, which I did, then claimed not to see the smoke! I said I refuse to continue recording this as it is not safe, just please credit my card. No response and I lost $70.00. The worst company!
