It takes too long to get an order, they are extremely difficult to contact, the wait time is ridiculous, and the folks who answer their phones don't understand English. The order I finally got had items obviously substituted for what I had actually ordered, and included a T-shirt I had cancelled. Their catalogs get thrown right into the garbage from now on.
Can I give less than one star? I ordered three items from this place on 12/7, expecting to have the package in a week. Twelve days later I checked the order and it said to call customer support; I spoke to online chat three times that resulted in one hang-up and two totally useless conversations with people who had no clue and were semi-illiterate. Real class acts too as one of the answers from chatter #2 was "nope." Called customer service two days later and was told that one of three items was not available so they didn't bother sending anything. Asked if the other two items could arrive by Christmas and was told "oh no, you'll never get these by Christmas. Isn't that too bad?" When I then tried to cancel the order I was told that she couldn't do that. I'd have to talk to the warehouse.? So customer support is a waste. Don't order form these people.
