Horrible customer services for publishers as Disqus representatives refuse to address the 100% negative feedback from their implementation of the ugly and horrible "collapsed replies."
How does a commenting system justify implementing a feature that DISCOURAGES commenting interactions?
I needed help changing the bank account I wanted automatic payments to be deposited to and the customer service representatives were fast, respectful and courteous. Excellent company, always on time and fantastic responsiveness.
