My comment is similar to previous ones. Ordered a dress flat rate, free shipping. Delivery was stated about 10 - 25 days. So far it's been 40 and guess what? That's right - no dress. Are they borrowing my and others' money and investing it before/if they refund it? I'm not happy.

UPDATE: I received a refund for the dress that I ordered. I eventually received the dress about 3 months after I placed the order. It had no tags with washing instructions, fiber content, or size identification. The facing around the neckline will have to be tacked down (by me) as it does not stay tucked under. It is too small, but women's clothes don't fit consistently from brand to brand. I'm not happy with the quality of the garment, but I am happy with the customer service department that tried on their end to make it right, so I am upgrading it to 2 stars. I would not order from any of these on-line discount clothing companies that seem to have the same or similar clothing. If it seems too good...

Someone from this organization contacted my friend and I this morning 01/11/15 at 1155 about a job he posted for on-line. She had such an accent that we could hardly understand her. We had questions regarding the nature of the call and she could be heard sighing in the background, and not trying to find out what our questions/concerns were. We've put a lot of job solicitations out there and it is confusing why, when we have filled out a bazillion job apps, a company should require the same information on the phone.

This woman was rude. She was not suited to be a customer service representative to assist people. Every time we asked a question, she'd sign, like we were a big inconvenience to her. In the end we just said were not interested in continuing giving HER our personal information, and she hung up on us.

HOW RUDE!
