I bought a new phone on December 3. It has auto refill service. It is an iPhone 13 and was paid in full. On December 14 straight talk deactivated my phone and ported my number out illegally without my consent. It has now been 16 days and they refused to give me my number back or activate my phone. They told me if I give them $300 they will unlock the phone but I will have to have another number. They stole my number and ported it out. It is time for the FCC to stop this criminal enterprise. I have this time with my family including my son who is a United States military service member. My elderly parents are unable to contact me and I am not able to make medical appointments. This company is a safety hazard. The FCC needs to help. Straight talk has done this to thousands of people this month.

I ordered and paid for some plastic cupcake picks for my daughter's 8th birthday. Seven days later I emailed and attempted to contact to see if they would be delivered on time. I got no response. On the 8th day I again emailed and still got no response. On the 9th day (the day before my daughter's party) I emailed and told them to cancel the order. Within two weeks after my daughter's birthday I got a Fedex notice that I had a package to pick up. I never went to get the package. Upon review of my credit card bill two months later I saw that I was not credited and did a chargebback (and my last email said I would). The owner (Lyndsay Walker-Zoratti) then sent me a barrage of harassing emails calling ME a thief, liar and horrible person. She then called my cell phone and threatened me AND said that she had published things about me online (which amounts to libel because they were untrue and she knew they were untrue statements). This business owner of Sweet Cuppin Cakes Bakery (Winnipeg, Manitoba and Covington, Kentucky) is not only unprofessional, her business "practices" are simply illegal.
