I ordered matching pajamas from this company for Christmas. For weeks I got the run around about our shipment and they refused to provide any information about it. I informed them that I would initiate a chargeback with my bank if I was not given definitive info on our shipment within 3 days. The 3 days can and went so I initiated the chargeback as promised. I emailed them and informed them that the chargeback had been initiated. 2 days after my last email I received an email from them saying they had shipped me a new order. I asked why they had done that being that the chargeback was already in place. They told me not to worry about the chargeback and to keep the PJ's as an apology for the inconvenience. Well now they are fighting the chargeback. They are going after their money. I guess this is what they meant by don't worry about it. They knew they would fight the chargeback and win because I had received the package. Had I known they were going to be so dishonest I would have returned the pajamas. But they prevented that by lying. Don't shop with these people! They lie and are underhanded in their dealings.
