Same complaints as every other reviewer - Rotita uses images from other websites then manufacturers sub-standard goods from Shanghai. Unable to contact company or return items.
Ordered through PayPal believing that this offered me a degree of protection - clearly not! PayPal will do nothing to help resolve issues with this company even when presented with evidence (such as this site). Safer to use a credit card and avoid purchasing from PayPal.
Never had a problem with Amazon - trust their website.
