This company is the biggest farce! They do not READ! I have a broken diffuser.....under warranty! Wrote to YL customer service and the reply? "we appreciate the fact that you want to return our products, but you can keep them, after all our quality in the oils are sensational and there is no need to throw them away because we did not provide you with the service you deserve." UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
