Newbie here. Got my starter kit in January. February, placed my first ER order. Little did I know that the previous month's order had to be removed or it would auto ship. On 2/20 I received notification that my starter kit had shipped. What? I didnt order a starter kit! Called Young Living immediately to stop the shipment. I was told NO, cannot be stopped. I was given an RMA # to return the package. I get my delivery notices through FedEx. I got the tracking # so I could watch for it. On February 26th, my package shipped from Young Living in Utah, a full week after my request for assistance to STOP/CANCEL the "order" that I already had from January, my initial starter kit. And WHY did it take a full week to ship? Because it was OUT OF STOCK! But it couldn't be stopped because it shipped on February 19th is what I was told! YOUNG LIVING LIES! So I await my package that I did not want and will somehow find the time to get it shipped back and I will PAY for the shipping! And what do I get for my hassle? ZERO! This company sucks when it comes to customer care!
