To whomever is in this department; my refund is taking an incredibly ridiculous amount of time to process. I sent in three bottles of CoverGirl foundation the first week of October 2020 and I have called eight times to try to resolve this issue for a refund to my PayPal account. I have been told Three times, that it's being refunded to my PayPal account and to give it at least 72 have hours for processing. Well the last time I spoke to a Representative about it was over two weeks ago and I got notice from my email that they have been trying to refund it to this email which is not the correct email address for PayPal. The correct email is on text and has been verified every time I called so whomever is in charge of the transaction after I spoke to the Representative is the person who is not paying attention to the documented and correct email address. I called and spoke to a representative on Friday, a week ago, and he told me that he has to speak to Corporations about this and get someone there to correct this and to give it a week again.
Here we are another week out and two weeks out from the third attempt to get a refund and I still have nothing refunded.
This is only 34.79 and it is ridiculous to go through 8 phone calls and three and a half months back and forth to get a refund. I am sorry to tell you that I am no longer going to purchase products from CoverGirl or Coty because of this distasteful experience, it's ridiculous to have to continue to be patient with a company that does not do its job and does not value a lifetime customer. I have used CoverGirl since I was 12 years old and I am nearly 60 now but this company is not the same and the products are definitely lacking these days. At this point I have given up on my refund and I have lost any faith in this brand and company. I will be changing my brands now.
