My order was supposed to have been shipped on 6th October, 2017. Charges for shipment were added to the order for the materials to reach in 3/4 working days. It is over 45 days now. I have not received the materials. There is no response to my mails. The tracking number ends with xx, therefore it is not possible to track. I have asked for refund. They seem to be totally unreliable business people. Not at all recommended
