The products offered may not be up to the mark but the returns and refund are flawless! I had bad experience with many other shopping apps, but never with amazon

Entire package was wrong, the package had my name and details but the contents and invoice inside were of somebody else, nykaa cc not helpful at all its been more than 72 hrs the pickup not even initiated, so forget about the refund, they are frauds! Beware!
