Any looking for a merchant account STAY AWAY FROM AUTHORIZE.NET. They pull scams left and right. If your filling out the application -DO NOT PLACE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION-. They will approve you for an account just to try to rip you off $49 for a so called gateway setup fee. We got approved for an account and then 3 hours later the same department closed our account for non reason. They do this purposely so they can rip you off the $49 setup fee. Their con job is that they will send your application out to every single scumbag merchant company that has a long history of theft. Mysteriously if you have to get refunded, they will never do, you have to contact the sales department, the second you demand a refund, they get all nasty. File a complaint with the attorney generals office. Our story is that in September they approved us for a merchant account, but had no real intentions of doing it. They approved us an 5 hours later the same department (underwriting) cancelled our account. They had no problem keeping the gateway open, even though there was no use for it because these scumbags closed the account immediately after approving it. 5 days later our bank account was debited $49. When we contacted sales, they were asses! So we went to our bank and disputed the charges. We didnt trust these con artists and demanded a letter stating the gateway was closed the same day they approved us. It was just Authorize.net's way of stealing money from anyone they can get their hands on. So no matter what you do, do not place your bank account on your application until at least a week later, because they will do the same con job they did with us. BEWARE!

First to buyers. Cannot believe how stupid some people are. You buy something off a site like Ebay or Bonanza, you take the problem up with the seller, or the Payment method used to pay for the item. Something goes wrong, you buyers are immediately so dumb to blame the hosting company. Not the seller. The seller sold the item and thats who you take the problem up with. The fact that you want everyone to resolve your problems and do nothing about it yourself. You contact the seller and you wait a few business days, if you have a problem with something, after you contact the seller 2 times in 5 day period, if you cant get a resolution, then file a dispute. If you paid via PayPal then file a claim with Paypal. You buyers are pathetic and rediculous at the same time. Buying a wig for your son and now your contacting an attorney. LAUGHABLE! So thats our thoughts on you buyers. You take shots at everyone and everything and lets not forget that you buyers commit more fraud than sellers. But thats another topic. Anynows.

Bonanza is worthless. They dont respond to emails, as you can see, Marks cut and paste responses for every negative complaint shows you what this place really is. 1 week and things arent on google. So we updated to the most expense platform and bet nothing will go on Bing or Pricegrabber. Mark if you think we're going to pay you for nothing, keep dreaming! Learn to answer emails and get things working like sellers pay to you do so.

And there so called Editors Choice award, is another fake promotional BS. Bonanza was begging sellers to complete their own internal form and more than likely taking shots at sellers if they didnt like the service. It wasnt a opinion based survey, it was a scam! Again going with Mark he's a scumbag. If there's a dispute with a buyer, they will sell the seller out at any change they get. Instead of telling the buyer to contact the seller and work things out like they should do so, they just tell the buyer to file a dispute, they try to wash their hands clean of eveything. They are worthless.

RESPONSE TO MIKE D: You people always use that old excuse for the A rating with the BBB to hide what you really do. You people are the biggest scumbags out there. The second a buyer complains, you immediately close the sellers account for no reason! You lack any intelligence whatsoever! A buyer could be lying and them immediately without any chance for rebuttle Bonanza will close a sellers account, make every excuse in the book! You look at every single review online, and you have the worse rating around! So thats why you have 1 phrase to say "oh we have a AAA rating with the BBB' WHO CARES!
