I have ordered a statue on 09//02/2020. I received an email confirming of my order, it mentioned that estimated shipping date 09/04/2020. Fine no problem, did not receive anything till 09/30/20 called to check the status, I was told that vendor does not have in stock, no one bothered to send an email to let me know. I was told that lead time in shippilng is 20 days, so now it will be received in 3rd week of october, fine, waited, now I receive an email towards end of october that it is out of stock and if I want to get something else instead, wtf, if I wanted something else I would have ordered it. I waited again till 30th of november, nothing, so i called, ask for update, i was told again that vendor does not have it or they are not sure if vendor has it in stock. Now I ask someone who can actually deal with this situation seriously, Lady name jill came on line, told me same thing and she will check with vendor and call me in a day, but now new twist, lead time is 20 days after vendor receive the items from whom ever, so again in an abyss. Catch 20/20. I still have to wait 20 days + when ever vendor will have it in stock. So unknown time frame. Why would you deal with this kind of vendor as a company. What a sas operation in this company. You are in a fast moving world get with a pace or get out, close the door and do something else. This is not therir cup of tea. WTF.
