“Reinstalled corrupted windows using expert guidance”

I am avid windows user and I have two laptops, both having windows installed on them. A couple of days ago while looking for some stuff online, I ended up downloading a rogue file, which in turn corrupted windows on one of my laptops. Laptop shut down and simply refused to reboot. I contacted AskPCExperts and at a moment's notice their support provider commenced with the support process. He performed troubleshooting and windows repair, and removed the rogue file which was responsible for causing the situation. In no time my laptop was in normal up and running condition.
