DON"T SHOP HERE! They say their product is the real deal, but when it came in it was SO obviously a knockoff - it was made of cheap materials, smelled like a basement and looks NOTHING like the picture. Their site says they offer returns, but good luck with that. When we contacted them to find out about their so-called return policy, we received no response. So we contacted our credit card company who then contact topcoachoutlet and only then did they finally answer our emails. They said we would be responsible shipping the bag back to China (about $40 and the bag cost $62.99).
