If you would like to order a bathing suit in May and receive it in December due to ongoing back orders, this is your company! I have chatted on-line to be told that the arrival dates are subject to change. Subject to change 5 times!?! I called and the supervisor refused to offer any kind of refund or assistance. When asked to speak to a manager, I as told there was not a manager on the floor. Um, worked in call centers, been there, done that and there is ALWAYS a manager available. RIDICULOUS! If they continue to run the company with poor customer service and out of date web pages the company VENUS will no longer be in business. Heads up; If it says "back ordered" it means unavailable... you will not get your item on or even near the back ordered until date.
