After years with Endicia (with a monthly subscription and "funny math" when looking at your usage), and after the were bought out by Stamps.com, I switched to Pirate Ship with absolutely NO regrets.

Not only is it free and user friendly, but the discounts they offer w/USPS are DEEP. In addition, for lost or damaged packages, all of my claim submissions went smoothly.

They even "felt bad" a few times and threw me a reimbursement "bone" for issues they could not fully disprove (like the time a package was "abandoned" by Italy's useless postal system and UPS was not able to come to my aid).

I HIGHLY recommend them over the competition!

These sites are ALL the same with many operated by the same parent company.

Tip: If you decide to join to ANY in the future only use Paypal (not a credit card). So far I have gotten refunds super quick from 2 scam sites that didn't live up to the hype. Also on PP, you can opt your settings to block auto renewals if they try to charge you again.

Sadly some ONLY offer payment via credit card, so stay away from those 100% if you do not want to empty your bank account.

WHAT'S THE POINT?
The regular shows' content (live, weekend edition) is already like 80% of that genre. And b4 anyone calls the race card, there ARE white performers/celebrities in this category... no real need for this new show IMO.

Like others, I have touted their service for years; even though there was a monthly subscription, I found it was worth it, as all my dealings were seamless (I said WERE/used to be).

Ever since the Stamps.com merge, they have gone from a 4/5 star rating to ZERO. They CHEAT on your billing with "funny math" (I had to dispute TWICE with my bank), have serious tech issues with some features that are supposed to make transaction easier (like the scan forms always glitching) AND their customer service STINKS - templated responses to your online messaging, only to advise that YOU CALL THEM, which results in LONG hold times and multiple attempts to get someone who knows what they're doing.

I have since switched to a FREE service (check out all the competitors, there are MORE now than before) whose postage and insurance rates are LOWER. So why stick with these goons?!?
