They give you second card (Thomascook) cancelling all previous benefits on which we buy the first card(Axis bank) and then collect exorbitant fees on cash advances and ATM withdrawals. They don't even give you satisfactory reason on why these charges are levied. I lost $200+ because of their innovative cheating method.

Please note that the charges on cash at the counters/ cash advance transactions are now charged by all the card issuers across the industry and the charges are way higher when compared to the cards issued by Thomas Cook.
We had circulated an Email in the month of July mentioning about the charges on the cash advances to all our clients stationed abroad to keep every one aware.
Kindly be informed that when we changed the card from Axis Bank to Thomas Cook, our intention was to provide better services with regard to free ATM withdrawals, which was abruptly stopped by other card issuers, and which we were able to offer with Thomas Cook cards. Nothing was committed regarding cash-advance since at the time everyone was starting to charge for it.
