Well after another round of messages back and fourth, BANGGOOD conceded and told me that they will be giving me a FULL REFUND that's £528.44p this was on the 8th March 2019. This I Accepted who wouldn't but alas I am still waiting for the money to appear in my bank, in the message sent to me it stated that credit card within one business day but Bank processing may take 7 to 14 Days I may be quick off the mark, But as I paid by a Debit card and I have had Refunds before that's normally 2-3 days I did expect it to be in my account by now, It has been 18 Days, 18 Days for a Bank transfer, I'm under no doubt that that they are just doing this on purpose, I have Been intouch with my Bank and with proof they will be intouch with BANGGOODS customer service, this Is another reason NOT TO BUY FROM BANGGOOD, please just to avoid Being Disappointment DONT buy From BANGGOOD,
