I have bought their candles for over 20 years and am disappointed in the candles they are making now. They let you exchange the candle if it has no scent, but the problem is the next candle has no scent either. They say that nothing different has been done to their candles, but that is not true because they must be putting less scent into the candles. Very saddened.
They say that if you use PayPal then you are protected. Someone else used my PayPal account and they will not take it off of my bill. I am going to cancel their service as soon as they allow me! Terrible customer service!
There is not a store in my area, therefore I have to order online only. Anything that I have ordered has came in perfect condition. Also, if I need to return an item it is never a problem. If there is a problem and you call customer service, they are ALWAYS helpful and nice which is very unusual now a days! Thank you Bloomingdales!
I cancelled a order before the writer started the work and they charged me $200. Also, They use foreigners to write the work and you can tell. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAM ARTIST ONLY THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! If you live in America stay away from these scam artist.
