Paypower Visa was great. Paypower hometrust - Not! Their 24 hour help line only works during the day & even then it hardly ever works. You should be able to register your card & check your balance online - that never works. I managed to contact them close to christmas & was promised everything would be working by Jan 1,2017. Nope!
The ph one number listed wasn't even operational until late Jan. DO NOT BUY.


Have ordered nail products, decorations & craft dies & LED diodes.
DO NOT BUY NAIL products, you will not get them. Ordered diodes & loved them. Craft dies - hit & miss. Some are great & some are junk, same with the decorations.
I guess it's just hit or miss with how reliable the sellers are.


We are traveling from one end of Australia to the other. Booked a flight months ago through tiger air. Checked in online, but then went shopping for an extra bag for all our purchases. When we got to tiger air at 8 am they wanted to charge us $580.00 for 3 checked suitcases plus our small carry ons. The they refused to refund our money for the flight & we were told that we could take the 8 pm flight for an extra $85.00 each, but he would only charge us $150.00 person for luggage. MANY others had the same problem.
STAY AWAY FROM TIGER AIR unless all you have is a backpack that weighs less than 7kg. No tv's, food or drinks are offered. Gave up that flight & went to Quantas where we paid $220.00 with food & drinks included. Quantas flight left before the tiger air. Get a better deal with Quantas plus good service.


Wouldn't you know it... I give a review then I end up calling them for help hours later. I have a Kindle that is about 4 yrs old & I found a small bright star (crack) in the screen after it fell out of my purse & in my car while at work. When I turned it on it developed a small bright star in the screen... looks like a tiny laser pointing in your eyes. Amazon can't fix the screen, but did give me $30.00 toward any products. They didn't have to give me anything, but it is greatly appreciated. Thank you to Jerry, he was wonderful.

They stand behind the products & customer service is wonderful. You can actually talk to a live person! Only problem I have is that alot of the products available on the. Com site are not available on the. Ca site & the. Com won't / isn't able? To ship to Canada.


STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They make clothes in one size but put different labels with different sizes on them. They do not respond to you for requests for help. Had to leaveca star or this won't post, but the company isn't even worth that one.

It is now Jan 26 & thanks to PayPal who I made the purchase through... they got me a refund. Yes it is a partial refund, & get to keep the clothes, but the difference will offset the shipping costs to return the clothes, so I don't have to pay the $22.00 return shipping. RoseGal says if I remove my poor review they will send me a gift... yeah right! The review stands. Crappy company, crappy customer service. They sent me a gift... a broken pair of earrings! Yup same quality as all of their other products.

If you notice, I purchased thses items in Jan & 6 months later you respond? Yah, that's real customer service... NOT!

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY! PayPal is disputing the transaction for me. RoseGal offerdd a $8.00 refund when I paid $57.79. Sent them pics with measurements they say the pics are not clear. Seems PayPal had no trouble seeing them! Ivan, use the 8.00 to buy yourself a pair of glasses so you can see. Rose Gal is no
thing but a scam.
