I wish I could give this company a lower review than one star. They came and did work on my chimney and some pipes that lead from the heater to the chimney. They added a liner to our chimney and said they cleaned it. When I went to open the flute, it wold not open. In addition, our house smelled really bad like creosote. I have two young children and am concerned because of the smell. The first time I called Dominick (on his cell phone), he never returned my call. I called him back 4-5 days later and he said he would come over in 3 days. He never showed up and never even called! I called him back a few days later and he told me another time he would be over... which again- he never showed up or called me to reschedule. AGAIN (for the third time)... he told me he would be over a few days later and was a NO SHOW. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I am going to contact the BBB and report them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
