Their offer code didn't work. I sent email immediately and called them in the morning. They were not only wasting my time; they indirectly referred me as stupid. Then asking me to spend another £155... saying they are helping. Secondly, 70% of their leads are bogus. When asked they say the phone numbers are checked but action speaks louder. Thirdly, customer service reps are trained to passively bully people (as in say the same things again and again people will cut the call). Hiding behind fraudulent policies... will not do business with them. WASTE OF MONEY. Spend on FB ads...

We're sorry to hear that you had issues using a code on our site. These codes are automated and have time limits which is why we cannot apply them after they have expired.
All our leads are screened by an automated system, and we have a credit return policy which covers any contact details which are not working. We feel this is the fairest system we can have as we are not a commission based system that guarantees work, and only provide contact details for enquiries placed with us.
