“My order got stuck at customs because of a mistake made by B&H”

While purchasing a camera Backpack from my fiend, B&H Photo simply took my business name from PayPal and attached it to the my friend's shipping address. Now it's not getting cleared from customs cause there is no address proof for the shipping address with the name of my business. The delivery service DHL also understood my problem and told me to get a new invoice with my friend's name and to send a letter mentioning the change. The B&H Photo straight refused my request. Now my product got stuck at customs and will be destroyed after 30 days. My $149 is gone now.
I have never asked B&H to include my PayPal Business Name with my shipping address. Even PayPal is showing the shipping address without my PayPal business name.

Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. In brief, any order which involves Paypal has to defer to the information Paypal has on file. We have no control over that. In the future, it would be prudent for you to update your Paypal account information before placing an order online.

During the order checkout process, before the order was committed, we showed the information we intended to apply to the transaction including the shipping information. At that time we asked you to confirm or correct it. Then, after the order was submitted we sent email confirmation with the same shipping information and again asked you to check the curacy.

We regret we were unable, not unwilling, to agree to your request and regret this has caused you inconvenience. Now that you have initiated a chargeback our hands are tied completely and until it is withdrawn we cannot take any further steps in this regard at all.
