This company offers free watches, just pay the shipping cost. I should have known better. They give a plausible? Reason to get their name out there to friends & family. The watch I chose was apparently NZ$139. The watch I received came directly from China, turned up a couple of months later & was worth a quarter of the shipping price. Same watch from a online retailer is NZ$6 with free shipping. This site received lots of 5 star ratings so I was not too concerned when ordering the watch. Slight unease when I saw the shipping cost( US$18). I have learned my lesson, if I could rate these people less than one star I most certainly would.

Some companies are not a problem. However if you do have an issue AliExpress's dispute process is designed to make your life as difficult as possible.As a consequence I will not be dealing with them again. I have written off the cost of the item I purchased & will spend my money elsewhere. Be aware.

I bought dozens of items from this company & never had an issue. However the last item I ordered, which only cost US$36,"was dead on arrival". I contacted customer service & was offered $5 refund, which I refused. After many e-mails & a video to them they finally offered a replacement if I would pay a shipping & handling fee of $18 dollars. This company has now lost me as a customer for the sake of $36.
