I have always brought my packing supplies off the likes of Ebay until someone suggested this site, I discovered better prices and super fast delivery. The goods supplied were of excellent quality and would definitely recommended them to anyone looking to buy bulk packing material.

I was searching for a new camera and spotted though google shops a super cheap deal but a bad review, next to them though was Valuebasket who claimed to have it in stock and it was only a little more expensive so decided to go for it. I ordered the camera which was and still showed as in stock but their site then said it could take 3-5 days to dispatch, so OK I am in no rush, not sure why it would take that long but OK. Well, 15 days down the line it was dispatched and arrived 2 days after, so OK it arrived but not in a timely fashion, their online tracker would say status like "item is ready to be picked", "Item been allocated", "item awaiting dispatch", "item in final stage of dispatch", "item awaiting courier collection", Item dispatched with a tracking number which didn't work.

I did over this period contact them twice, responses took 48-72 hours. Though their prices are good and it did arrive I was very disappointing with the time it took, it was obvious they do not hold the actual stock but are operating as drop shippers advertising their suppliers stock

Tip for consumers:
you may want to think twice, if you are happy waiting a few weeks I would say go for it, but I see from this review site that I may have been lucky

I have been buying and selling online for many years now and I have never come across a site so well organised as these guys. I purchased a Philips TV from them, payment straight forward and simple, a couple of hours later they emailed me to tell me they were delivering FREE on Saturday and that I would be allotted a time frame, fantastic news for those who work a 9-5. Sadly I was away that weekend and asked if they could deliver a week day, no problems, job done. The item arrived on the date I requested, couldn't be happier, super smooth.
2 months later and the TV started to play up, I emailed them to explain the problem I had expecting them to tell me I had to contact Philips to get it returned to them and be without the TV for a couple of weeks. What a nice surprise I got when a sales rep rang me within 2 hours to tell me he would patch me though to Philips technical service who are ready to help and if I had any issues at all just to ring AO and they would sort it out. The fault self fixed itself however the next day I got a follow up email asking was all OK, this is the sort of friendly response we would all love to have, a company willing to help when an issue arises, thank you ever so much, your customer care is a+

This seems to be a common theme with this company, people order items believing they are going to get them within a respectable time frame only to discover they don't have stock, chasing for an ETA only gets you a cut and paste open ended response with no commitment, asking for a refund gets you the silent treatment. My story is the same really but to explain further, I was looking for a computer monitor which across the internet most suppliers where showing as out of stock, These guys claimed to have it in stock and available for dispatch, I sent them a pre-sales email asking them to confirm they had stock to which they replied its available from their supplier, I asked them to confirm their supplier had it in stock to which they replied it would be if they are advertising it. I explained everyone else is showing no available stock and where they sure it's something I can order and they replied yes, though it may take 5 working days it is available. So OK, I took their word for it, and ordered it, a week went by, no response, so I chased for an ETA, to which they replied that they couldn't get one as it's a drop shipper organizing the delivery, I said well if you are buying from them you surely can contact them, this got me no response. 2 weeks passed and I am starting to get concerned so I message them again, same open ended response, so I asked them to refund my money, no response. I then chased them for a further 4 days asking what was going on and why wouldn't they respond, absolute silence from their side. I started to search for a number which wasn't too difficult but when you ring it you have to dial a extension number which I couldn't find (Going through some phone combinations extension ******* rang but no one picked up).

It's been almost a month and no item, no refund, I eventually had to instruct my bank to open a payment dispute which if you haven't received your item within 15 days and you paid by credit or debit card, you are usually protected and in line for a refund.

I would have to say being in a similar line of business I know that drop shippers can let you down however I also know regardless of this you can still contact them to get information, it was painfully clear this company didn't want the hassle of chasing up this item, their customer care is terrible, I certainly wouldn't deal with this company ever again.

Tip for consumers:
My tip? avoid at all costs, these people may have some of the best prices around but if you never get the goods whats the point?
