Took money, claimed booking was confirmed. 48 hours later, changed last leg of flight from 1h30 layover to 12hr layover, and *broke* the connection by switching airline so now 12hr layover having to go landside and collect baggage. Call centre "pretend" can't hear call, hang up.

Will never ever ever use them again. Ever.
