I am a former customer. I have received a number of items at really good prices, However I have a number of disappointments. Memory chips have often failed after a few hours of use. An MP3 player that cost extra because it had a 70 hour battery life had a 2 hour battery life. I truly believe that the ones the suppliers on Wish.com are seconds.
Recently I ordered two of an item and only received one. Customer service is a disservice. They insisted that I send a photo of the item not received. Their email included a photo of the item. Then they needed a picture of the envelope. Since their response took two days, I had discarded the packaging. I am convinced that a DNA sample would not have satisfied them,
