I ordered a small, quartz clock movement that turn out to be defective. It does not work. I sent and email a week ago, but have not received a reply. I called them a few days ago and left my phone number (as their system allows one to do), and have not received a call back. I expect to have to go elsewhere to buy another movement. These folks appear to have no interest in taking care of their customers.

Update: On Dec. 28th, 25 days after I emailed them, a customer service rep. Replied. I avoided yelling at them, requested a replacement movement and they sent it. However, my original review still stands. 25 days in the queue is the worst I have ever experienced. As long as I had not already bought another movement elsewhere, I took theirs. However, I would never go back. There are other companies in this business.
