Same sentiment as every other reviewer here. I even went as far as to try contacting through their hosting service. So, in the end, I settled for the GrouponBucks refund. Nobody at Groupon would ever tell me if they actually made contact with a human and I'm pretty sure there's just some dude sitting on his yacht laughing all the way to the bank. Perhaps Paypal could issue a refund as well, but I think I've already put in more effort than it's worth.
