Customer Service Doesn't exist!
After posting bad review https://www.trustpilot.com/review/officechairatwork.com - the chair was finally shipped and all I got is Old Model - Used, Dirty and Dusty chair without accessories that where ordered.
SCAM! What is going through people heads when they advertise 60% off from $1600 chair and send you garbage?

At first the customer claimed we never shipped. After publicizing the tracking number, the customer changed their story that the item was not in good condition. The customer is welcome to return for a refund as we have a return and refund policy for all customers for 30 days.
