Economy Lube is one of the most infamous oil change, minor repair and emission testing places you will ever find. I am strictly an oil change customer, however that is not the kind of customer they want. Every time I sit and wait for my car, I see people getting ripped-off. It's usually a woman who comes in for a $19.95, while-you-wait, oil change and leaves with a $300.00 bill. I am not being sexist, its just that I've only seen this happen to woman. A person dressed as a mechanic (they usually aren't trained mechanics) will tell you, "We found some other problems with your car". And the sales pitch begins. You need a coolant change or flush. On and on it goes. This company was even featured on a well known consumer advocate T. V episode were they sent in 4 cars, all in perfect condition, and each time the undercover customer was told they needed more work. Please be aware of their trickery and stick to the cheap, convenient oil change only!

You can probably find just about anything in office supplies at Staples. I love this store but you have to no your prices. Read the weekly flyer and look for bargains. When a product goes on sale, to my knowledge, it is really on sale. If your looking for some assistance, you might be looking until the three wise men come walking down the street. On the bright side, Staples offers reward miles.

I have recently purchased the "Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus" and the verdict is still out on whether this product is actually worth the money. This product gives you no indication that you still need to purchase double ended male leads, a male to male "S" cable, if you want better quality, and a USB extension cable because the supplied one is a massive 1 foot long. No wonder this product was on sale. This is misleading advertising and that's putting it kindly. The additional cables cost more than the product. This product is a rip-off.

Has anyone tried to self publish an e-book with Amazon Kindle. If you have then you will likely agree with me. Writing any kind of book takes 100's of hours. Then there's your cover and so on. I found this company to be an absolute nightmare every time I published a book. Your formatting will always be wrong and your book will look terrible even if you use their own software. They will accuse you of copyright infringement and reject your book over and over. Sure I sold a few books, but I don't think it was worth the aggravation. I would advise you to look elsewhere. The last straw for me came when they started rejecting images. Not content but images from an online source that offers freely available content. And by the way, their mobi file format is ancient history.

You've read all the stories. Just stay away from these scumbags and pray for the day they end up in jail. What do we have to do to make you understand. The people you see in the video are actors. You will lose your $250.00 in a heartbeat and then they will ask for $5000. 00. When you finally realize you've been victimized, if you have any money left, you will never receive it because they are a private company. By law private company's do not have to return your money. SMARTEN UP. Also, the 5 star reviews you see on this page are fake. They're just meant to confuse you. Nobody will EVER make money with these crooks.
