When picking up my reserved vehicle at Barcelona airport I was asked if I wanted personal insurance coverage. I declined the coverage but the agent slipped it in the contract anyways. Lesson learned: always look at all the details before signing a rental agreement, no matter how long it takes. This lesson cost me 120 Euros for useless insurance.

Flighttrotters.co.uk and sister company Flighttrotters.ca is a scam. What they do is they post very low fares to entice you to book on line with them. Once you have booked, the call you ssking for a large additional amount for some reason or another. If you refuse to pay the additional amount they refuse to reimburse you for your payment.
To be avoided at all cost!
Flighttrotters.ca and/or Flighttrotters.co.uk is a scam. They post very low fares for a flight to entice you to book with them. Once you have booked, they call you with some ridiculous story and asking for an additional amount. In my case, it was over $1000. I refused and asked that they reimburse my payment as per their Terms & Conditions. They obviously refused. I am working with my credit card to recover my money.
Avoid this company by all means.
