Like all crypto scams. NFTCreat sets up an elaborate Dapp site and shows lots of people involved and huge returns, they even give you daily returns for a while hoping you will put more and more and more in. Then when you react a certain level they rob your wallet, suddenly all you USDT is gone from your wallet. When finally your wallet customer service investigates they discover it was NFTCreat.net that you gave access to your wallet through approving a "smart contract" that stole your funds. AMMDEFI.org is the same but less pollished than NFTCreat.org. NEVER EVER no matter how great the return enter into a "smart contract" in your crypto wallet with a Dapp project! Someone asked me why I didn't go to NFTCreat.net customer service (assuming I didn't) of course I did, if you lost $4000 wouldn't you. First they played dumb, then when I confronted them that Coinbase CS said it was my "smart contract" that took my money they suddenly went silence and would no longer respond

Tip for consumers:
do not enter into a "smart contract" with them they will play for a while and then rob your crypto wallet

Products used:
it is a Dapp investment project

Re: Notice of impending litigation

Dear Trustwallet

I actually believed your advertising that Trustwallet was a "secure way to handle crypto." I actually believed you had my back. What I didn't expect is your negligence in not protecting your clients back door at all.

Using your Wallet I entered into smart contract with NFTCreat.net Dapp and everything was fine. It was non-pledge wallet mining. So nothing was to ever leave my wallet and didn't. Then I was informed that AMMDEFI.org Dapp that claimed both pledge and non-pledge like NFTCreat.net would mine my same USDT inside my wallet. So I confirmed the smart contract and because it was "non-pledge" and because no one is ever supposed to be able to take anything out of my wallet unless I give Trust Wallet permission to send it, I was totally taken back that suddenly all my USDT just disappeared! Then in order to refinance my NFTCreat.net account I put 875 USDT back into my wallet and suddenly it disappeared as well without me the owner ever needing to verify the legitimacy of the transaction. That is where you Trust Wallet are negligent. How can anyone ever be allowed smart contract or not to grab crypto from a person's wallet without verification needed. How can they be allowed to hijack a wallet that you claim to be secure? I never threw open that door and never expected such a total lack of customer protection and security from a company that sells on the basis of greater security of a person's crypto. I lost 1900 USDT in these two unauthorized unverified sends from my account. I was robbed by a lie non-plege from AMMDEFI.org. Lie or not nothing should have ever been allowed to leave my wallet unless I personally verified it with you via code. That is basic security! In that you were totally negligent towards me your client.

There should never be any send from any secure wallet smart contract or not without specific individual authorization for that send. I had no idea AMMDEFI.org was a fraud. I never expected them to take anything from my wallet through smart contract, my only defense was that my bank would say to me: "they want to drain your account, are you sure you want them to?" if so we need you to verify you are sure. No disclosure, no firewall, no security whatsoever on the back door.

Point: If you were a bank regulated under federal law and technically you are by your own claims, You are my crypto bank. And you allowed withdraws from my account by a third party without me even needing to sign to say, yes I am authorizing this transaction then you would be completely negligent and that is exactly what you allowed. When are all you crypto get-richers going to grow up and realize this is a serious matter. You are claiming a level of security you are not yet willing to provide. I just lost 1900 USDT out of my account without specifically authorizing you to send it. Right now I cannot ever use my Trust wallet again because from my perspective AMMDEFI.org has peranently hacked it, because you allow them to grab out of my wallet whatever they want without my specific authorization per transaction. You have one opportunity to act like a bank, take responsibility for the total lack of transaction authorization security and make me whole. If not we will be litigating for negligence. My wallet is permanently damaged and so is my trust, not in the thieves but in those who could have protected me and just carelessly allowed it to happen. Lawsuits are why banks double triple verify transactions. There doesn't need to be a legal governing authority to prove negligence.

Sincerely

Tip for consumers:
No wallet is secure, even though they are all advertised as giving greater security it is a lie. They do nothing to protect the back door.

Re: Notice of impending litigation

Dear Coinbase

I actually believed your advertising that Coinbase was a "secure way to handle crypto." I actually believed you had my back. I ran into nothing but roadblock security and holds even after full identity verification where you were protecting your interests, not mine. What I didn't expect is your negligence in not protecting your clients back door at all.

The only activity ever in my wallet was with a fraudulent mining company called coinminners.uk where I would send their wallet BTC and they would send my wallet address a return until they kept my BTC and proved a fraud. Yet sending from and receiving into my wallet address in no way gives someone access to my wallet. At least it shouldn't if it is really secure as you claim.

The other thing I entered into was a "smart contract" with NFTCreat.net on a non-pledge "in-chain" project, but not to take USDT from my wallet. It was non-pledge. Now they may have robbed me, I wouldn't know because your support can't tell me who robbed me even with the full Ethereum hashtag of the transaction. Their only response was "inform law-enforcement" without even telling me which branch of law-enforcement. That was about the lamest answer I ever received in my life. Not something you want to to say to a client who was just robbed from your "secure" wallet.

So on July 4,2022 somehow someone (you can't tell me who) was able to "send" 4092 USDT from my wallet to somewhere (you can't tell me where or who), without so much as me having to "verify" the transaction via "text code." How on god's green earth can you allow anyone including myself the owner to send anything out of my "secure" wallet without so much as a verification code? That right there is a liable negligence from a company built on selling security. It is on that basis that we are going to litigate you. You promise greater security as your selling point, but everything you do security wise only relates to the security of your income and not the actual security of your customers where and when it really counts.

I am a paraplegic on a fixed income with sores, so I can't work outside my home. I counted on you to give me a minimal level of security even with a Dapp smart contract that no one could ever remove anything from my wallet unless ultimately I confirmed the transaction. Even a wallet hack should not allow that to happen unless they also change my smart phone number where you send verification codes. That is minimum back door security. That right there is the one thing that most bothers me about this entire sorry ordeal is how could anyone including myself ever send from my wallet without me the owner verifying it? Yet it just disappeared before my very eyes and suddenly there appeared a send. If NFTCreat.net didn't rob me I am losing 1% return per day on the 4092 USDT, $40 per day compounded daily. I'm damaged seriously and no one at Coinbase seems to give a rats $#*!. Like rats suddenly in the light you are all running away to hide. Is there a man or a woman or a nonbinary among you who cares that one of your wallets was hacked. You should be the ones calling law-enforcement, doing a full investigation of what occurred to better protect your customers in the future, more obvious negligence, an attitude of negligence!

This is the Ethereum transaction hashtag. If law-enforcement can track it, so can you. I need to be made whole here. So I already know you are going to make me litigate just by your obvious protect yourself security on your products:

https://etherscan.io/tx/0xea146f010f*******bbe987e3b2a271a5c9b67b*******f7da647b815eadda382b

Can someone finally get there act together there at Coinbase and tell me who robbed my Coinbase Wallet and how, and give me at reasonable explanation of how anyone can send anything out of my secure wallet without the owner (me) needing to provide verification?

In the meantime we are preparing litigation against you, because it is the only way I am ever going to get some answers from your "careless about your customers attitude" company and your lame level of customer support alone is full proof of that. You are negligent towards customer care and support. All your false advertising about greater security is all BS. You just let someone "send" 4092 USDT from my account to god knows where without any verification of the transaction and if that isn't negligence when you sell on the basis of security, I can't imagine what negligence is.

Point: If you were a bank and technically you are by your own claims, and one of your client accounts was robbed you would be the ones calling law-enforcement and digging deep to see what happened and to make your customer whole again. It would be, We are sorry Mr. *******, we do not yet understand what happened but we are going to dig until we find out, we will not rest until we know and bring these thieves to justice who violated our security and make our bank more secure in the future for all our customers. That was what your support team should have responded. I don't have a degree in customer support but I know that basic proper response. If you are going to sell security like a bank then god you better act like one. Do your lawyers now think that maybe I have a claim on negligence? You can't tell me how my account was hacked or who robbed me? OMG!

Sincerely,

Tip for consumers:
They are completely negligent! They sell their product like a bank and when their bank is robbed they take no responsibility

1. They are expensive for a complicated and no service sight
2. Even after you link them to your bank account etc they set driconian limits on how much you can purchase.
3. The sending and receiving functions between Coinbase and Coinbase Wallet just don't work ever, they put holds on everything and instead of verifying when you open the account they set up verification roadblocks everywhere that you are not prepared to deal with. I. e. They don't tell you before you add a debit card that in the process you are going to need to access your bank to tell them two depost amounts so while you are accessing to get the info you time out, it fails and then they lock you from trying again for 12 hrs.
4. Coinbase and Coinbase Wallet are a nightmare of walls and limitations and they charge you for everything. Yes you have to pay for the frustration!
5. Customer Support is useless: I am just waiting for the market to go back up so I can cash out and leave

Tip for consumers:
Just don't get it! Try kraken.com they do all verification at the start, they charge a lot less per transaction and upon linking your bank they immediate allow you $10,000 limit per day, not $250 like Coinbase

Very few nothing works with blocks and holds and constant verification

Verified purchase

You will find even crypto magazines applauding this project, but it is not wallet mining at all (wallet mining is where your crypto stays in your wallet). The minute you press "confirm" to the contract AMMDEFI.org steals all the USDT from your wallet and not only so they highjacks your wallet and any USDT you put in your wallet is forever immediately stolen from your wallet. They keep the first 1000 USDT as a "mining fee." they are into me for $2000 in USDT that I will probably never see again, what makes it worse is they offer a $50 and 5% finders fee to all their dupped users so Twiitter and other social media is teaming with people hard selling and misrepresenting what AMMDEFI.org really is... a scam

Tip for consumers:
Don't push comfirm they will highjack your wallet forever

Verified purchase

I did 6 small investments to see if they were legit & they seemed to be, but when I made a $700 investment they suddenly held my investment for ransom demanding this fee and that fee $250 more here $150 more there and then they started lying to me. IT IS A SCAM SITE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Tip for consumers:
Run away as quick as you can. The ripped me off $1010 in BTC and I have filed to official Complaints: FTC in the US and FCA in the UK

  • Twitter

I got blocked for something I said, which was not right but if you are a conservative on any alt-liberal website you know there is automatically a fascist double standard, so who cares. So I'm not here to complain about that. Like PayPal and other low IQ SF web designers they have their one-size-fits-all ignorance. Twitter/PayPal/all you SF based websites, just because you have 4G complete coverage and are surgically attached to your cell phone doesn't mean everyone is. In fact there are whole groups of rural people who cannot sent or receive TEXTs. I cannot rectify my problems with the twits at Twitter or at PayPal ever, because I can't receive a text and there is NO email option! So I have just stopped using their services.

  • PayPal

5/14/19

I have been a PayPal user for 17 years. I was always happy with their service until just two weeks ago. They have put in place new security measures that make communism look like freedom. Not even their security staff have the power to verify and override them! They are embedded in the computer program, so if you live a in cell phone dead spot or don't have a cell phone walk away. These big city one size fits all don't even have an email option just text. So try to send $6000 to a friend in Germany, next screen you get is a security check with your phone number to send a text, no other option (land-line in my case). You phone PayPal security and explain that you have no cell service at home and so therefore no cell phone, only DSL. They have no answer and no way around the check, no power to bypass it! PayPal has totally shut their own security support out. To add communist insult to injury this is all for my protection that I can't send my $6,000 to where I want. The actual truth is that they have an employee open system where office employees won't stop opening attachments and contaminating them with worms so your account is hacked and stolen and PayPal has to pay damages. Its not for my protection its for their legal protection.

Probably great to those who never had a problem but I can't trust them because I can't trust their sellers or their ability to make them come clean

  • Fubar

9/8/18

Been on Fubar for years, saw the favoritism but it never really affected me personally, so I just ignored it. The problem is when management & staff are allowed to have profiles on the site & make friends. How that affected me was I spent a lot of money on the site, gave a lot of VIPs and Bling, so if someone knew comes on and you like them & start to give them bling the "bling whores" many who are friends with staff & scrapper complain that the person is "fake" and due to the friendships they delete the person of shut their page so they can't access it! This happened to a friend of mine and I went to bat, refuted the evidence they showed and still talk the person they called a "scammer" everyday on Skype and they have NEVER asked me for anything including money! Oh Fubar always falls back on "we have information you don't" well I know how to find information on the deep web too & they had none but the complaints of a jealous "crown" friend. When Scrapper threatened to delete my page because I dared to challenge him & his stuff about their treatment of my friend that was it for me. I am taking my money elsewhere.

  • Amazon

5/28/17

I have been an Amazon customer for as long as Amazon has been. I am a Prime member. I order weekly, but no more because of their customer no service. I have never had a problem before, everything I ordered was shipped to my address no problem. Until one $24 order did not arrive. The courier claimed they attempted delivery on a Tuesday when I was home all day and I refused the delivery. It NEVER happened, no deliver attempt was made! Still Amazon reduced my refund by $6 and I did nothing wrong! I complained to the Amazon vendor twice, no reply, then finally I was able to find out how to complain to Amazon directly. They didn't even read my emails obviously and just responded case closed I refused delivery WHICH IS A LIE. Kicked in the teeth after years of being the best customer. They sacrificed my years of faithful business over $6. How does such a stupid company make Bezo so rich. I don't get how they survived with such horrible customer service!

It doesn't matter if it is VictoriyaClub.com, LadaDate.com, Jump4love.com, Merry-cherry.com, marmeladies.com, foreignladies.com or any other Russian dating sight where you must pay to send notes to women or pay to chat, they are ALL SCAMS. They all use the same "Agency." They all have the same women. They are all frauds! The women are paid to talk to you! They will tell you they love you want to marry you anything to keep you sucked in. Their lies and deflections are weak, but they all play the scam well. They can't go to free sites because they need the translator so they say, etc., etc. They don't trust you to give you personal contact info, but you can buy it, etc. etc. Spend your money in a local bar or fly to Ukraine and visit bars. Don't waist your time and money on these sites. The girls are pimped out by this gouging crooked Agency and the sites play the scam. One thing for sure, no matter how blatant the lie you catch the girl or the site in they have one thing down, deny deny deny! They are just CAM girls that don't take their clothes off and instead of honest pay for sex, its pay to have your heart played with in the worst way.

  • GunBroker

10/4/14

I used Gunbroker as a registered FFL dealer for 13 years with hundreds of transactions but every time I needed customer support they treated me like I was stupid and were condescending finally in anger and frustration I dared to tell CS that I was sick of their "BS" and "all their asses should be fired" and CS immediately terminated a long time and faithful customer for "using inappropriate language." So they really appreciated my years of business. I wrote a letter to their CEO and he didn't care! Later I tried to get reinstated but they said I had 4 strikes and I said, not it was one issue where you improper credit card practices cost me money and you know it, and for that they simply deleted my profile with almost 300 positive transactions. The worst and most abusive Customer Service I have ever dealt with; EVER!
