I bought two front brake rotors. When I opened the shipping box, the two boxes inside looked nothing alike; one was brand new and the other was beat-up and had been resealed several times. The rotors were the same part number but the colors were different from one another and one was engraved then filled with white paint (company, model) and the other was plain. I sent an email and called. Because of their very limited hours I had to call back the next day. I talked to Diego and explained that I needed a third rotor sent out ASAP, that I had received two different generations of the rotor, that they didn't match. I didn't care which rotor I received - current of last generation, I just wanted a match. I explained that this was my daily transportation and I would be bicycling until I received it. I was asked to send a photo of the rotors. I did, along with reiterating I wanted another rotor shipped ASAP, and that I would ship back whichever one didn't have a match. This whole thing started three weeks ago. Still no rotor.
