They claim Forbes rated them one of the 11 best subscriptions, but Forbes lists 11 other companies, not CraftCoffee. They lie about all kinds of things. Whether they have chat, when they answer chat, whether their phone number is actually staffed (it isn't). They take your money and never give it back if you cancel. I had to dispute with the bank. Given all this, I'm sure those 'craft beans' really come from where they claim, and not some crap robusto sold off the back of a truck somewhere. Well, maybe I'm not so sure...

Greg, "Head of customer jubilation", seems to be what passes for customer service at this fraud of a company. Products are used and service is nonexistent. Promises made are promises broken. Don't believe their great reviews on other sites, users are paid to do that with warranty service they thought they already paid for. In other words, you want the warranty you thought you got with your device? Write a nice review, screenshot it, and send that to Back Market. Company is a fraud.
