I have tried multiple times to submit a claim for a delayed delivery from Fed Ex. There has been absolutely no follow-up from Fed Ex. They simply ignore you. They ask you to submit a claim on-line, you do this and then do not hear anything from them for weeks on end. It is impossible to speak to a real person. They want you to do everything on-line which ensures you will not get any help whatsoever. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Booked a room for a friend on my card, was told repeatedly by getaroom that no card was required to check-in, just a name and reference number, not the case, my friend could not check in as they did not have a credit card so they had to go somewhere else, tried to get a refund from getaroom and they refused. Actually, they would not even connect me to a manager-"none available", complete nonsense. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After posting this review, the company contacted me and resolved my issue very professionally and quickly. Very good follow-up and customer service.

Booked a room through a third party "Getaroom" for a friend who does not have a credit card. Was told no credit card was needed to check-in. This was not the case so my friends had to go somewhere else that accepts cash. When I called the front desk of Howard Johnson Kingston, the person on the phone was extremely unhelpful, rude and very curt. I am not sure why you sell rooms to third-party companies and then seem upset when people call to ask questions. Never will I book at HJ again!
