Padmapper reached out to us when we noticed several of their listings and were interested in viewing them. First, they called me to acknowledge my interest, followed by an appointment for a second phone call with their concierge service, who asked me the exact same questions I answered the first time. By the end of the phone call, we had set up a virtual tour for half a week away, and tours were schedule for 8 days later.
It felt like they kept giving us the runaround when we asked to tour the apartments. They promise to help you find a place by setting up the tours and compiling all the documents, but I don't really see why anybody would need them. I know how to schedule a tour and sign a lease. By the time we would have finally gone on a tour, half of the original listings were expired. Do yourself a favor and try to find the contact for the listing yourself and set up your own tour. All they succeeded in doing was drawing things out.
