Joined 1 week ago, Bayshore NY location been there 3 times already, great workout, very helpful. Staff! Initially signed a 3 day package with free gloves, after day one signed up. For 1 year. ENJOYABLE HARD WORKOUT
The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to work with you when needed. Clean, plenty of parking good hours
