Ordered a phone, website boasts 48 hour delivery, recived email two days later to inform delivery would be in another 11days. When querried they cyted because of Covid-19 royal mail deliveries are delayed. This is a lie. Royal mail have been exception in their deliveries. Two days before the NEW delivery date I asked for tracking details, to be told once despatched the tracking would follow. On the NEW delivery date recieve anoth email informing me that the stock has now been received in their warehouse and will be dispatched in another 3 days. By now I'm getting a bit edgey, it was then I looked at the reviews, and realised that there is something really wrong with this company, and the directors (names with held). So before the this revised delivery date, we sent a cancelation request, 2 day later we recieved email confirming the cancelation request and the refund would be back upto 5 days. After a furth 7 days receive another email say some costomer may have not received their refund, and go to the back to recover the costs. BY THE WAY, ALL EMAILS ARE AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED. We are now having to seek this refund from the credit card company. I, like many others have had this same story. Just do not even consider odering anything unless you what to enter in a very protracted or even a dissapointed relationship.

November 21st Finally got my refund after having to contact my Credit Card Provider, 7 months later. Take NO notice of their standard posted replies, their Modus Operandi is always the same, and you never get your refund. These people should be behind bars.
Due to distribution problems from suppliers and goods being received needing refurbishing we had to cancel some orders that we were unable to fulfill. Unfortunately, the lockdown caused a build-up and as restrictions have started to ease, we could resolve these issues. We canceled and immediately refunded orders we could not fulfill if you send us a message, we can supply you with the refund proof from our merchant card processor. The issue we are having is although we have refunded the card processor has not actioned our instruction. As such this has delayed some refunds. Under the consumer contracts, your refund is supposed to be returned to your original payment method. We did email all customers affected and stated that If they have not received a refund or have any difficulty with the bank please contact us and we can do a refund by direct transfer to your bank. If this is the case send us a direct message and we can resolve it for you. We have to ensure chargeback repayment is not in place to ensure you are not refunded twice. Thank you.
