Have now regularly used this company for my Blade 450X Helicopter spares.
Their pricing is lower than most, but what I really like is the website is easy to use and you are kept informed about your order from point of check out to the time the delivery will be at your door.
Everything I have ordered so far has been with me next day.
They also seem to have good stocks of items, highly recommended.

Initially bought a quadcopter as a present for a relative and received helpful and courteous service on the phone as needed a prompt delivery.
Then later decided to buy a Blade 450X Heli, Totem hobbies prices were again lower than most and as I had already had good service decided to go with them again. This was a big investment so had deliberated and spent a good deal of time researching.
I called them up rather than using web service and yet again had a helpful and polite response, bought the goods that turned up next day,
Sadly the heli had a broken skid so called Totem up and they sorted the problem immediately without hesitation and I received the new part the following day.
I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again... a great company

I received an RC Helicopter as a present at Christmas, sadly it stopped working after about a month.
I liked it so much I bought another from Argos and that too broke! I returned it and got my money back.
I emailed Red5 as I thought it was pretty bad that 2 units had broken. They replied within an hour or so and asked me to return the one I still had as they didnt need proof of payment! Brilliant I thought, but I had partly stripped it so didnt think they would replace it. They emailed me again said no problem, even though generally warranty would be void if tampered with, just send it as it is and they would credit me! All this was sorted in a couple of days and the replacement unit I got works fine.
Red5 I would say have the most politeful and helpful customer service team I have come across in a very long time. I would certainly buy from them again.

After a disaster with another online model Helicopter supplier I was a bit more cautious when parting with more money so read all the terms and conditions!.
Purchased a Twister 400S V2 Model heli from TJD models for a good price, and it arrived next day.
Sadly it seemed to have a faulty battery, so called them up and was pleased to get a friendly and helpful response. I returned just the battery and got a spare from a local model shop to fill in the gap, a replacement from TJD was dispatched within a day of them getting it back. Will buy from these guys again, recommended site.

Bought an RC Heli from them, arrived next day, so I thought what a great company! WRONG it stopped working within a week, their back up and customer service is the worst I have ever come across.
Weeks have passed so far, it takes several days if your lucky to get an email reply, in the end I posted the unit back at my cost and now it is apparently in a queue to be looked at!
Simply do NOT buy from them, they are just awful to deal with. I am considering contacting trading standards.
