I used the live chat service to resolve an issue I had regarding a price increase in my registered agent subscription. I mentioned that I would not be able to keep the service due to the over 200% price increase. My customer service rep, whose screen name was "Lauren", helped me to keep my old rate and answered any and all questions I had. She was very kind in tone and very patient.
