I used the live chat service to resolve an issue I had regarding a price increase in my registered agent subscription. I mentioned that I would not be able to keep the service due to the over 200% price increase. My customer service rep, whose screen name was "Lauren", helped me to keep my old rate and answered any and all questions I had. She was very kind in tone and very patient.
To LegalZoom: Because of your fantastic customer service representative you have kept a customer that was about to shop for another service. I later asked for her full name. It is Lauren Wiles and I hope that she gets the credit that she deserves. Be sure to keep and reward members of your team that accomplish these kinds of things for you.
