Don't get me wrong, I love amazon. But they don't have any customer service. None. How do you even get in touch with them?!

I ordered a ring from bluenile and thank god they let me do a free return. It was not at all what they said it was going to be.

I got my fiancee an engagement ring from diamond simple. I was doing a ton of research online, and went to a few local jewelerly stores who all gave me a hard sell. I figured out what I wanted, and for my budget, diamond simple was by far the best deal. I ordered, they called to confirm, and then a few days later FedEx was knocking on my door. :)
