Ordered a wash, wax, and wheel polish for my 2016 motorhome. Wash and wax were ok, but the wheels came out worse than when the tech started. At $90/wheel I was extremely disappointed. Residue from whatever chemical he used on them streaked the aluminum and etched the wheels as I took the rig back to the storage lot. The rep said only the same tech could come back to try to fix them, but why have the same guy who damaged them come out again. Their website said customer satisfaction is their highest priority. I have no satisfaction. I have to pay someone else to fix the wheels.

Hi there, I am very sorry if you were not fully happy. The items you were not fully happy with on the detail were easily fixable. The detailer does have you approve of the work before they left and would have been happy to fix anything at that time. We did also offer to have him back to fix any concerns but this was declined. I am very sorry you were not fully happy and we do appreciate the feedback.
