We would be more than happy to look further into this matter for you. Please note we do inform our clients of all the steps and safety measures they need to perform before their certificate is issued, such as the State's Issuing Agency may require you to submit identification for verification purposes. Our office does not handle the identification process, so clients must follow any emailed instructions received by the State's Issuing Agency about how to submit their identification. If the client has not returned this form, their order is on hold until they verify their identity with the State Issuing Agency.
