Ordered direct from steelseries for Christmas present, the headphones are faulty and 2 weeks in still being provided with Windows 10 instructions even I've clearly mentioned PS4 numerous times.
I'm an IT professional and know what I'm doing with headphones - I am just looking to get a refund. Wish me luck

Purchase from a local store so you're not fighting email support when the item doesn't work.
