I purchased a Kindle about 18 months ago. When I called to tell them it had crashed the offered to send me a new one. I told them the warranty had expired and they said no worries and sent out a new one (no charge) Needless to say I will continue doing business with Amazon!

If you receive a subscription as a gift don't suspend your service or it disappears!

This used to be such a great site. Now you get a couple of text a day regarding paypal, cashier's checks etc. What a shame!

I wish brick and mortar stores had this review system. Maybe better customer service!

Our son sent us two tickets by text but we were on a flight home. By the time I turned on my phone the movie had started. I contacted Fandango within an hour but since we had missed the two hour cancellation window we were told we were "out of luck." Will certainly never use this service!
