I am always happy to post positive reviews to reward effort or encourage good service, but as both a customer and a lawyer I have to report serious issues with Wayfair. Customer service is something that we tend to depend upon online. Wayfair's customer service is lacking, ill-considered and substandard, in which the company's interest is put before that of the customer. Which is a pity for their product range is attractive. However, their job as online distribution is simply to get the right product to the right customer at a competitive price - and here they consistently fail. If you have the choice to shop with another provider, I would recommend that you do so.
