In July, ordered incorrect cartridge. Called them, explained situation, gave them correct cartridge information ( two times) to exchange for correct one. Sent me return label. Shoplet stated correct one would be sent when incorrect one was received back. After over one month received cartridge; however, it was incorrect cartridge. Called them back to inform them of this error and now they want to charge a 50% restocking fee, plus I have to pay return postage. They just lost a long time customer.
