A quick Google of this company unearths many 1 star reviews, wish I'd done a more thorough search before giving them hundreds of dollars! I spent $686 for a Zhiyuntech Crane v2 gimble from BHPhoto's online store. 18 months later & after only
Light use, it's dead! Disgusted at the response from them
"purchase a replacement" it's hardly been used! Nearly 700 dollars
& they expect me to buy another one! AVOID GIVING THIS COMPANY
YOUR MONEY - #rippedoff #buyerbeware APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE
AND ARROGANT! Their response when I threaten to take them to court "All
The Best!". They have then "liked" my Tweets pointing out the litany of
Negative reviews of them online, seemingly revelling in providing poor
Service!
